so this post is basically a continuation of the the older post


What does Dinosaurs and Handguns mean to you

and i feel like i need to touch up on some things

and i pretty much suck at writing so this post may be a bit sporadic and error full 

Arrright well this blog gets a lot of hits sometimes, I've even gotten up to like 200 once, but i've noticed that i got like around 30 people who peep the blog regularly and thats without updating post or anything. though that may not be a lot to some, shits dope to me. Mainly cus i post stuff that really just pertains to the stuff that I'm interested in and i guess y'all are down with that.

so yuh , just wanted to remind y'all wat I'm trying to do with the blog. Its basically just something I'm doing leading up to the drop of the line (Dinosaurs & Handguns), once it drops ill post more things relevant to the line and what not, so basically its kinda like I'm bullshitin with post about Art, Music, shoes, funny shit, girls, fashion and blah blah pretty much everything besides D&H its just like any other blog, but seeing that y'all check this blog amongst others, i feel that ya'll somewhat are anticipating the line? btw the reason for checking out the blog i appreciate it.

another thing.

Being in the Art program has sorta guided me to redefine what D&H means to me. Everything thing i wrote in the last post is still in the meaning, but I've lately realized it was much more.  Its still the clothing line about nothing, but at the same time its about of a lot.  Mainly about goals and dreams, Dreams are what keep people motivated. Now when i say "Dreams" i don't necessarily mean sleeping and stuff. 

It could be how you imagine yourself working towards a goal and once you final achieve that goal its how your life is going to change, D&H is for the people who know what they want out of life and will work towards that goal no matter what the odds that are supposedly against  you for becoming what ever you want to be in life, YOU know that  ratio doesn't apply to you and your gonna prove people wrong by becoming whatever it is you want to be.

so heres to all the things that make up D&H; carefreeness, music, Art, hot babes (c. box voice), random shit,  Fashion, shoes, comedy, Dinosaurs, Handguns, ampersands and people who want the most out of life.

but most importantly heres to all the people and friends who ask me about the line and look forward to it release even though i have yet to post anything on it other than "how dope the clothing line is going to be" thats real support and i appreciate it.

 TH has always been infamous for their exclusive releases to their flagship stores. I mean they always come up with fresh ass designs but they're limited/exclusive in store only releases are the best designs hands down. I would kill for one of these shirts. 

oh and only 200 were made and will drop at The Hundrds: Santa Monica and The Hundreds: Los Angeles, so if you live in those parts i wouldn't miss out.

“They come to an area and treat it like an amusement park,” said Hunter Fine, one of the pair.

He and partner Jeff Greenspan came up with the idea of urban traps last summer, after they became concerned about gentrification.

“You know gentrification is bad if white people are complaining about it,” said Greenspan.

The two first targeted hipsters earlier this week, planting Ray-Bans, PBR and other hipster paraphernalia on 6th St. and Avenue A in the East Village.

“We wanted to catch them there before they spread any further,” said Greenspan. “Will Simon saw it within 5 minutes and he took a picture. Within 2 or 3 hours, it had been viewed 250,000 times.”

Simon uploaded it to Reddit.com under the name “Gigaface” and the image went viral.  Over a million users viewed it in the first 24 hours.

“Coast to coast, there is a real want for a hipster trap,” said Fine. “It’s even been attributed to other cities, like Portland and Seattle.”

The two have plans for more traps in more cities.

They invited Metro to photograph the first-ever B & T trap – consisting of Drakkar Noir cologne, a gold chain, spray tan, PATH train tickets and LIRR schedules, all laid discreetly within a cardboard bear trap.

Surprisingly, Snooki was nowhere to be found.

3D Design project # 4 x Modern and Contemporary art

i don't know how tall, but I'm thinking maybe a ft tall sculpture based off KAWS's art style for my last project and plus i got to turn in a 2 paged paper with the sculpture annnnnnd i already have to write a 5-7 paged paper on him for my Modern and Contemporary Art class so I'm sorta kinda killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Swag me out.

this guys drawing style and painting skills are  hella dope, think the first time I've seen his work was around the same time OF rise to fame n shit, he does a lot of the album art for OF so some of these may look familiar. I'm guessing he's using water colors to paint his drawings?  but yuh just wanted to give him some recognition. Thinks its cool to have such a recognizable drawing style, something I've been working on right lately.
